Refund Policy

Tournament registration fees are used to secure facilities, referees, staffing, equipment, and administrative costs. As such, refunds are limited and subject to the timing of cancellation and specific circumstances. We strive to operate tournaments with integrity, fairness, and transparency. While logistical and financial commitments limit refund flexibility, we aim to handle all requests with professionalism and care.

No refunds will be issued if:

• Cancellation is requested less than 14 days before the tournament

• A team or player fails to attend (“no-show”)

• A player is removed due to rule violations or misconduct

If the tournament is canceled by Masters Pro Am:

• Participants will receive either:

  • A full refund, or

  • The option to transfer registration to a future event

  • Payment processing fees (e.g., credit card fees, platform fees) are non-refundable

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

If the tournament is impacted by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, facility issues, emergencies):

• Partial refunds, credits, or rescheduling options may be offered at the discretion of Master Pro Am
